I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield.

 

My fee is $130 for individual sessions and $150 for couples sessions. I ask for the payment at the beginning of the session and accept checks, debit and credit cards, and health savings account cards. I will charge a $45 fee for returned checks.

You may be eligible to collect out-of-network reimbursement for some portion of my fee, depending on your insurance coverage. I can supply you with the necessary documentation upon request. Please contact your insurance carrier to inquire about this possibility.
